1069 MATTERS OF AN URGENT NATURE
1069.1 Dog fouling on footpath at north of village by dog walking companies has increased to an unacceptable level. Permission to be sought to add additional signage to encourage the mess to be cleared up.
1069.2 Cllr. Barker informed that after the night of 12th Sept. when there was heavy rain there was a strong odour of sewage coming from the 40ft drain. It is believed that the new reservoir near Swaton is to be filled from the 40ft drain and that this should be checked. This should be reported at the next round of consultation for the project. Clerk has emailed the reservoir project.
1070 DATE OF NEXT MEETING: TBA November, 7.30p.m., Village Hall, Main Road, Dowsby.
There being no further business, the meeting closed at 8-45pm.
Phil Galpin, Clerk to Dowsby Parish Council.
