1021    CLERK’S REPORT ON MATTERS OUTSTANDING

1021.1 Village hall front door refurbishment is ongoing. A quotation from the original carpenter was presented to the meeting although he can no longer carry out the work. A quotation was also presented from a second carpenter who should be completing the work in the coming weeks. Cllr J Dixon was thanked for pursuing this.

1021.2 Line marking for the bus stop (clearway) Fix my street was cancelled with no action. This was mentioned to District Councillor at the AGM. Clerk to follow and raise again if necessary.

1021.3 Website continually being updated on an on-going basis.

1021.4 Speed limit extension proposal from highways is now out for consultation. There will be a length of 40mph restricted highway at the southern entrance to the village.
