Minutes of Annual Dowsby Parish Council meeting

Held 23th July, 2020, 7-30p.m. at Dowsby Village Hall.

            Not possible due to absences. Agreed to defer to 2021 with no changes.​​​​​​​

932. NOTES OF MEETING 12th Feb 2020 were approved as Minutes. Proposed by Cllr J. Dixon, seconded by Cllr L. Rodford.

933      CLERK’S REPORT ON MATTERS OUTSTANDING

933.1   Website update. LCC are replacing the hosting software due to access requirements. Clerk has attended introduction training and a refresher webinar. The new hosting software and subsequent website are not user friendly. 310 parish councils across Lincolnshire are expected to build a new website with data from the old sites.

            Clerk will prepare new website with minimal content in order to make live as soon as possible. Old website no longer being updated.

934.4   The external audit annual return ‘Section 2 – Accounting Statements for Dowsby Parish Council’ for the year ended 31st March 2020 were agreed and approved.

            Confirmation received via email for Cllr’s Barker and Chambers.
